We can review your full service menu for accuracy, then agree which ten or fewer services appear on the page. The existing booking link can carry the full menu.

How the 48 hours work

1. Confirm the work. Accept the written scope, price, applicable tax/total, third-party costs and terms.
2. Prepare for kickoff. Complete the deposit, supply the content and permissions, and provide usable delegated access. We then agree on the kickoff timestamp and time zone.
3. Review your preview. Your first launch-ready preview is due within 48 elapsed hours of that confirmed kickoff.
4. Give consolidated feedback. Send your included revision list within two business days. Included revisions are completed within two business days of usable feedback.
5. Approve and launch. After explicit preview approval and successful final payment, publication is planned within one business day when domain/provider processing permits.

Client delays pause the schedule. Paying a deposit alone does not start the clock. The 48-hour commitment is for the preview; it is not a guarantee that a domain will be live within 48 hours.

What you provide

• Business and approver contact details; public location or suite details and any privacy restrictions; opening hours.
• Existing booking provider and booking link; up to ten services to display.
• Existing logo and colors, factual biography and up to eight authorized images.
• Client-owned domain/hosting details and delegated access invitations.
• Approved social links, preferred kickoff and time zone.

Keep passwords and payment-card details out of your content and intake documents. Portfolio permission is separate and optional.

Separate costs and exclusions

You pay domain, hosting, existing booking subscriptions and any expressly approved licensed assets separately. Actual initial and ongoing provider costs are disclosed before commitment.

The fixed launch excludes original logo or brand-identity creation, extra pages or locations, photography, custom software/forms/APIs, e-commerce, booking or email migration, provider-account redesign, ongoing SEO campaigns and unlimited changes. There are no ranking or booking guarantees.

Any extra work requires a separate written quote and agreement. Third-party outages and emergency or on-call support are outside the service.

Your business keeps control

You control your domain and hosting. After full payment, you receive the site-specific work/files and access instructions. Reusable underlying templates remain reusable, with a perpetual license for the delivered site; disclosed third-party licenses still apply.

Silence is not approval. Declining or canceling care does not remove your paid site.

Optional Site Care — $79/month

Plus applicable tax. Separate affirmative opt-in, no minimum term and no automatic enrollment.

• One content-edit batch each month, capped at 15 minutes.
• A monthly link and booking-path check.
• Email acknowledgment within two business days; included edits within three business days.
• No rollover. Additional work is quoted before it is done.
• Cancel by email before renewal. Service continues through the paid month-end.

No on-call or emergency response, uptime guarantee, or indefinite responsibility for provider outages.
