• One responsive page with up to seven sections.
• Up to 700 words edited from your supplied business facts.
• Up to ten selected services and eight authorized images in total.
• Polish for your existing logo, colors and typography.
• One existing booking or quote provider linked or simply embedded where supported, plus approved phone and email links as appropriate.
• Connection to one client-owned domain and basic page titles, descriptions and local business information.
• One consolidated revision and a handoff of site files and access instructions after full payment.
• 14 calendar days of support for defects in our work after handoff.

A schedule agreed before work begins

1. Confirm fit and scope. We agree on the deliverables, price, provider costs, preview date and terms before your deposit.
2. Prepare for kickoff. Supply your business facts, approved content and usable delegated access. Kickoff follows the verified deposit and complete materials.
3. Review together. Send one consolidated revision list within two business days of the preview. Included revisions follow within two business days of usable feedback.
4. Approve and publish. After explicit approval and successful final payment, publication is planned within one business day when domain/provider processing permits.

Client delays pause the schedule. Domain processing and third-party delays may affect publication. A deposit alone does not start production.

What you bring

Your business and approver details, hours, location or service area, existing logo, service list, supplied business facts and up to eight images you have permission to use. Include your approved contact or booking links and delegated domain/hosting access.

One person approves the work. Keep passwords, customer records and payment-card details out of content documents. Permission to show your site in our portfolio is a separate, optional choice.

Build further when there’s a reason

The focused launch can stand on its own. If your business needs more room, we can quote a defined extension:

• Service pages: give distinct services their own explanation and customer action.
• Project galleries: organize a larger collection of completed work.
• Campaign landing pages: give a specific offer or advertising campaign a dedicated destination.
• Additional locations: give each location accurate information and its own contact path.

Each extension has a separate written scope, price and schedule. Custom integrations require a feasibility review and separate agreement. Advertising management, guaranteed lead generation and emergency support are not included.

Separate costs and clear boundaries

Domain, hosting, booking or quote-provider subscriptions and expressly approved licensed assets are paid separately. Initial and ongoing provider costs are disclosed before commitment.

The $995 launch excludes extra pages or locations, original brand identity, photography, custom forms/software/APIs, e-commerce, migrations, provider-account redesign, ongoing marketing and unlimited changes.

Your business keeps control

You control your domain and hosting. After full payment, you receive the site-specific work/files and access instructions. Reusable underlying templates remain reusable, with a perpetual license for the delivered site; disclosed third-party licenses still apply.

Silence is not approval. Declining or canceling care does not remove your paid site.

Optional Site Care — $79/month

Plus applicable tax. Separate opt-in, no minimum term and no automatic enrollment.

• One content-edit batch each month, capped at 15 minutes.
• A monthly link and contact or booking-path check.
• Email acknowledgment within two business days; included edits within three business days.
• No rollover. Additional work is quoted before it is done.
• Cancel by email before renewal; service continues through the paid month-end.

No on-call or emergency response, uptime guarantee, or indefinite responsibility for provider outages.
